He was piece of cake, piece of cake to spot of course
He was piece of cake, piece of cake to spot of course. Both the brothers were recalling their acquaintances of what of class of alien this one belonged. He was luminescent, he had sharp humanoid features, so these creatures had superb genetic machines, and well he was mostly hooded, of course to decrease the self emanating flow of light. They were still deciding whether to approach him, or he would take the initiative. He flicked his well manicured hand in their way; they took it as a signal and approached him.
“Hello, Mr. Muni. I am Vismay Harani and this is my younger Halfling Vishwam Harani. Hope your landing on earth was without discomfiture, and as you see we are more than excited and apprehended, it would be a sore pain to our gullets to eat food, so I say without much ado we should talk straight away.” Vismay told in his usual break neck speed to calm down his heart beats. Both their hearts were beating rapidly, not because this was their first encounter with the aliens, they had many before, but it was because aliens have never considered human beings worth respect, it was actually a first timer when some alien had directly approached a human being.
“Don’t worry Vismay Harani, take a chill pill. I am not about to kill you and your tribe, in fact if you remember your mythology, I have played a significant role in framing the world around you.”
Vismay and Vishwam exchanged dark looks. They feared it, and now it proved all true. They were facing a deluded, psychotic alien who was calling himself Narad Muni, someone who resembled the Greek God Hermes; he was a god of clash himself.
“Ah, sir, I think that you happen to feel that world around you is not so joyous?” Vishwam asked.
“Why, it could not have happened at a better time.” He smiled. No one in that completely lit room would be able to tell that this frigging guy was a bio luminescent, half cocky alien with a humanoid body.
“Happened what, sir?”
“Well that’s what you are here for; Heaven has assigned you for a special task.”
It was their saturation limit. Both were baffled. Heaven has assigned them and would be paying them salaries for some great world crunching task that to, to entirely inefficient human beings.
“Well I can see that you do not believe me, and of course I won’t force you, but you will have to see this visual before deciding for yourself.”
Automatically, the water in front of so alleged Narad Muni began to rise out of the glass, and it flattened and was placed vertical in front of the same DNA sharers, like an LCD screen.
They were of course riveted by the magic show, and the content that LCD screen began to show.
“We have these snooping devices placed all over the earth and the Patala Lok, so that we can monitor the activity of future usurper who threatens to shake the three worlds. On 9:00 A.M. we have received the signal that there would be an incepted agent amongst the party of people who would be taking a tour of the beauty of heaven in order to steal something for the devils of petals a weapon so potent that it would give them a place right amongst the heaven residing folks, whom they have been resenting from aeons. So your task is simple catch him fast and hand him to us. We pay you in cash, you enjoy the apsaras’ dance when you are in heaven, get lost, forget the case, erase your memories and keep your pretty mouth shut. This is the part of the job directly assigned to you by Lord Indra, the Thunder clap holder and the short tempered God of heaven. And you don’t even have the opportunity to walk out of this job, so better not think of it.”
They let this part of information sink right in. If this was a guy who was psychotic alien, then he was powerful psychotic alien, so they should have indeed kept their pretty mouths shut, but tempted by their own inquisitiveness, they opened their fat mouths exactly were they were told to keep it shut.
“But sir are you really referring to three dimensional existence of the place called heaven which could be directly seen by the visual reception range of entirely normal human being, heaven being a place where he would go after dying if he did good karma, hell, Yamraj’s jail, if he did bad karma.”
But good for them the god sighed.
“Oh Goddamn, this is the only bullshit problem of this world, they don’t believe anything without at least challenging it one time. Yah we actually have a permanent residential address, we are located right in mid air for anyone to gape in awe and wonder at our propensity for being big, grand and bulky.”
“Ah, sir we are not able to see it, is it invisible?” Vishwam asked out of fear but with a hint and tint of sarcasm.
“Boy, you gotta have some faith.” He pointed his hand in the direction of Vishwam. Let me tell you a little history of this universe the way I see it. Now tell me guys how many universes are their in this whole goddamn inflated bullshit ness of anti matter?”
“Out there, there are infinite parallel universes.”
“Correct. How many conscious rated universes are there?”
“What?”
“Education time. Your science seems to stick on to space and time most rigidly, never have you grasped what is there outside its domain. Yah, it’s correct that you have infinite parallel universes, with plausible life on couple of them, you may even get another Vishwam Harani out there, but have you ever considered that there might be levels of such infinite parallel universes, based on the rating of how conscious you are?”
“It meaning that if we consider this entire spatial vacuum as a residential flat, then on each floor there are infinite universes, plus the fact that these floors have a rising level of consciousness.” Vismay said.
“Of course.”
“Interesting idea.” Vishwam said.
“An interesting idea, which had long been implemented before you even, wet your bed.” Narad Muni said with rising anger.
“So it’s a plus sign, or something sortta Cartesian coordinate system, x axis representing the infinite space and time including multiple parallel universes, y axis representing consciousness, if you are least conscious, you are in Patala, somewhat conscious then on earth, more conscious, then Indra’s heaven, some what more then Brahma’s heaven, and if more than that Vishnu and Shiva’s heaven.” Vismay remarked.
“Exactly, young man.”
“But what about animals, they are not that conscious.” Vishwam interjected.
“That’s a doubtful boy, see this way, this consciousness system is not designed on how egoistic you are. Nor it is decided on the fact whether you are good or bad, of course it is regulated on the basis of it. Consciousness is based on a simple mathematical assumption, what that assumption is decides which world you would be living on. On how twisted your mind is in previous world, will become the mathematical assumption on which the further calculations will be based, when your body is formed inside your mother’s womb. There would be potential wombs in which you are placed. One mother in heaven, earth or any of them, but if that mathematical formula chooses you will live in that conscious world. Rebirth is not actual manifestation of a Vismay in his other life. Consciousness like entropy or virus is residing amongst you, it will choose out of those billions of infants in which it wants to incept itself. If the mathematical formula guided you to live on earth, you won’t be able to see either heaven or underworld in a similar manner that you are not able to visualize a fourth dimension.”
“It means you are dead after your death?” Vismay asked.
“Yes and no. When you are born you come out of vacuum, get a physical ego that makes you consider that the world revolves around you, of course there is no shame in that, and then you die in vacuum. But what of that mathematical formula, those assumptions which you created when you were alive, and were interacting with the world around you? We can’t let an experiment die. Not only your body adapts with the surrounding, even your mind does in a unique way, millions of calculations in your mind are going which continuously shapes your consciousness, and when you die you leave a result, a mathematical result which then is placed in another being.”
“This including animals, trees and birds?” Vismay asked.
“Boy, there are lot more things that are feeble than these, being a messenger to three world, I at least know that.”
“So there is no possibility of one going into other level of consciousness?”
“Of course there is. Even your histories and mythologies tell you so. When your mind arrives at a mathematical result which does not belong to your world, then he would be able to see us, imagine us.”
“Renunciation.” Vishwam gasped.
“But how are we to perform the tasks, we haven’t renounced the world.” Vismay said.
“See in the past also, we have to deal with that kind of things. Suppose you reside on a flat land, you won’t be able to imagine the third dimension, but when a three dimensional object would be projected on a two dimensional; you would be able to for an idea. The same way you are able to form an idea about fourth dimension and in a very, very similar way you would be able to see the projection of heaven’s projection.”
“Great. So we have to apprehend this guy taking what from you?”
“He wants to take that mathematical formula so encapsulated in a special object, so that he can give it to people from underworld, so that they can come on the same level as that of the lords of heaven, that’s what they have being doing for so long.”
“Okay. What you will do with this guy?”
“We will place him in Yamraj’s Put.”
“But what’s the use of Yamraj when there are no rebirths?” Vishwam asked.
“Boy, we encapsulate every being to be born with a mathematical result, not the proof behind it. If we give him the proof, then he would be haunted by it. Memories of the beloved from the previous birth!! We don’t want that glitch. And of course, we don’t want a lion with human consciousness, do we?”
“No.”
“So, what’s its like in Yama’s Put?”
Narad said darkly “It’s the mental manifestation of the Black Hole. The person’s mathematical results would be sucked, so in the end he won’t have any sort of consciousness at all, not even that of animals.”
“So have we to produce children, to survive the Put, as it is mentioned in the lore?”
“That’s the sort of thing that gets people all mugged. When you produce an off spring then some part of your mathematical calculations goes into their bodies through the DNA, so mostly the children always represent their parents’ sharpness of brain. But if you don’t produce an offspring, then the mathematical calculations which you have inherited from your parents won’t pass to the next generation. It would come to a stand still.”
“So we have to hand over the poor guy to you, so that you would place him in such a horrible destination?”
“Yes.”
“And what are you going to do?”
“I will find a front seat, and would enjoy the show with popcorns.” Narad smiled.

Sheela had a second fright that day. After coming back from the police station, where she had lodged a THIS GUY MISSING letter, she went to cry some more in her bed room. In order to do so, she had to pass through the toilet and its newly repaired door, which her neighbours have been so amicable to do in her time of distress. It was locked from outside. And someone was banging from inside.
She shouted. Again came the neighbours, who moved cautiously while opening the door, and when it was opened, Sheela’s husband was manifested in his original form, though he had a rather somber looking face, though the newspaper was missing. The neighbours shouted. Children ran away crying ‘Ghost’.
And on the top of it he remarked, “Sheela, pack the bags, we are going to Haridwar.”
